The guy that kicked the windshield in didn’t realize that he was just fueling the fire even more with air. But I would have done the same thing because I wouldn’t be thinking about that. I saw this somewhere else, and I think I read that the driver was drunk? Anybody know?
Yes he was drunk and he died several hours later. I think there were 2 other males and 2 females in the car that never made it out.

Knarly video by the way. Quite dramatic. I’m surprised the driver that escaped didn’t survive.
Many people would just stop on the street and simply look. Wake up. Stop video taping. Lets help them when these things happen, with caution. The gasoline tank could explode if there is even the smallest spark anywhere. Disconnect the battery if you can ASAP. I carry a big fire extinguisher in my car.
I think the guy that escaped died because he probably fell asleep later on and so his body shut itself off permanently. If you stay awake long enough after something like that your body will go back to normal, even though you’ll still have burns.
