Alcholic cirrhosis in some cases leads to ascites, where fluids accumulates in the abdominal cavity.

My dad was an alcoholic, and he looked like that before he died. Sad how long term alcohol use can change you, he was a mean drunk, but a nice guy the few times he wasent drunk.
