The man who she visited was in for a drug charge with 4-6 years to serve. The body of the girl had no damages to the body or signs of struggle. It could be so that she killed herself in the conjugal visit room.
Police have no clue what happened at the moment.

Sleepy, the nature of conjical visits (sex) may be a clue to why her pants are unbottoned. I also think it may be likely she had something stashed down there (drugs, other contraband) and since her pants are rather tight, she unbottoned them to retrieve it. If she was involved in some sort of smuggling into the jail it could have something to do with her death.
