Russia have the most advanced anti-ballistic missile systems in the world, and also the AB-missiles from the SALT-treaty are located around Moscow. No other country in the world are as well protected for incoming ballistic missiles like Russia.
Any country should have the right to have nuclear plants, efficient low cost energy.
