Several taxi motorcyclists caught a thief, who earlier under gunpoint had stolen a motorcycle from another taxi motorcyclist, and ganged up against the man. They Beat him senseless and shot him several times after they had dragged him on the rugged road. At the end the finale is shocking to most.

01:00 -> It´s over! Let´s go, let´s get out of here. (lots of voices): Let´s go! let´s go!
01:05 a guy says: “He shoot him on the neck… ” and other says: “No man! i saw it, hit him on the head!”
inaudible confusion of voices and at 01:25 cameraman says: “Easy! Easy! Easy!”
1:29 Somebody says: “Throw it nearest!”
1:31 flames engulf the body.
01:37: Wait a second, “Bury”! (or something like… a nickname, sort of), who ask to burn him?
And someone replies: Leave it there, won´t stink that way.

Then we complain and wonder why in this country the goddamn crime is getting out of control?
This is Brazil, where prisons are like hell and criminals are killed by brutal lynchings. Crime rate is extremely high. What you should look after is other factors than prison comfort.

Este fato realmente aconteceu no BRASIL, mas isto não condiz com a realidade da máquina da justiça brasileira. Isto foi um fato isolado, como acontece em qualquer parte ou país do mundo. As vezes a polícia não chega à tempo de evitar estas manifestações de “justiça com as próprias mãos”. Mas é bom frisar que nas grandes metrópoles, como Rio de janeiro, São Paulo, Belo Horizonte e etc, estas reações populares não são comuns. Atos como estes acontecem mais no interior do país.
